“Terrible experience with terrible service”

Tried to book tickets this morning. No where does it say that the company only accepts credit cards and not debit cards. As a result of trying to use a debit card, airfasttickets declined my payment. This would be fine except the bank have now cancelled my card because they identified airfasttickets as fraudulent.

In the process of speaking to the bank, I've also discovered that airfasttickets have charged me £2 for booking the tickets. However I haven't booked the tickets because my payment was cancelled, so why am I being charged £2 for a booking I have not made??

I've rang airfasttickets twice and had rude service who cannot give me any answers.

Huge mistake trying to book with them - AVOID!
