“Bad Company, Avoid At All Costs! Rip Off Merchants At...”

Terrible customer service recently and this company refuses to refund me for an obviously faulty item (Nike Strike football). Aside from this, the staff at Cribbs Causeway Shopping Centre are very pushy, I recently went in there to look for football boots for my son, instead of finding them in his size, the sales assistant persuaded my son to want the new Messi football boots. When my son expressed an interest, we were told that they were not yet available!!! The sales pusher then said he could have them ordered for delivery to our more local store. Only then when we asked, were we told the price, an extra £10! When we agreed, and payment was about to be made and my very excited son was greatly looking forward to his fancy football boots....we were told that sadly they had now sold out! A disgraceful way to treat kids in order to obtain higher sales. This company wants your money but will do nothing to rectify problems or provide aftercare. Avoid, avoid, avoid!! There, I think that's clear enough!
