“Worked great, though a little slow”

Worked great on my Blackberry Z10 from Koodo. When it came in I just typed in the 16 digit code and it worked right away on the first try.

The only thing is it was a little slow. I paid the $19 on Thursday and ended up getting the code on Sunday. They sent a confirmation email on Saturday saying they received my money and are working on the code, and then got it Sunday evening.
So maybe don't leave it to the last minute if you are wanting this, but it all was good in the end!
