I was unsatisfied with the lack of care from staff and the end result was awful, a complaint was made and shrugged off, excuses made and no refund given, very poor service at top salon prices and they are very bad at dealing with complaints, I feel ripped off, upset and unhappy about this unprofessional service advertising differently.
