“Avoid At All Costs”

Ordered a Callaway X Hot hybrid on 08/04/12 and money was immediately taken from my bank account, received email saying 3-5 working days. Contacted Direct Golf on 12/04/12 for an update on the delivery of the club to be told I would need to phone on 14/04/14 to get an update. I phoned on Monday 14/04/14 and was told by the advisor that she would look into it and call me back in 2 days as there was some stock issues. I spoke to her on 16/04/14 and was told she was dealing with the Sales Manager and promised to call me back within 1 hour, no call received. Phoned to cancel order on 17/04/14 and their solution was for me to pay more for a different club. Hopefully I get a full refund in due course but i'm doubtful. There's plenty of better companies out there who value your custom far more than Direct Golf.
