After initially being very pleased with the online service, i ended up dismayed as the flowers never arrived. After i showed my wife the email confirmation (she finally believed me!) i phoned up customer services the following day to find out what had happened. The lady i spoke to said on her system that the florist had confirmed the order and its delivery was complete but she would follow up directly to speak to florist. I then called to chase on the following Tues, Thurs and Friday when i was promised that the florist would be chased up directly by her again. Another five days went by and i chased them again. It was almost two weeks and the lady said she would return my payment. I was frustrated that this did not come to a quick and satisfactory ending. Although very polite, i would have thought a more prompt response and token of an apology may have been appropriate. Suffice to say i wont use this site again. Hope you have more luck.
