“Positive attitude”

I don't usually write positive reviews, but for these guys I am. I purchased a bottle of 86 Haut Brion for a friend as a last minute gift. Thankfully vintagewinegifts offers next day delivery, something that was saving me at the time, until I realised that I had the wrong birthday date, by a week. So I phoned them up and they rescheduled my delivery, and they even refunded the shipping cost, because for anything above £40 and not next day, shipping is free. So my friend was very excited with her rare bottle in the end, and the box. The only negative thing I have to say is that they just sell too many wines and it takes so much time to choose. Maybe I should have phoned them first because the lady I spoke with was very helpful and polite and I m sure she would have helped me choose. Here are my five stars then!
