“recurring billing stays on deleted domains”

I used to think 123-reg was ok until recently when they charged me for a service on a domain THAT I DON'T OWN!

I flagged this on 123-support and RECEIVED NO RESPONSE

So after 3 working days of no response I flagged it with Paypal. My money was refunded.

Then 123-reg suspended my account, forcing me to pay a £12.50 PUNITIVE CHARGE PLUS THE AMOUNT FOR THE SERVICE FOR A DOMAIN THAT I DO NOT OWN to get my account back.
