“customer service is dreadful. ”

I bought a pair of ok 2108 glasses on the 16/06/2013. Today 15/04/2014 the arm came off. i have no other pairs of glasses and have to wear them all the time. Upon telling eyebuddy this they say that to have them fixed I would have to send them to them for them to send them to the manufacture to have them replaced. of which will take 3 weeks. what a shambles why have a 12month warranty if your going to make me go without glasses for 3 weeks. there solution to this was go to a local opticians and see if they can do a temporary repair. surely that would void the warranty with them. plus as it is temporary isnt going to solve my issue of having a broken pair of glasses. the spring on the inside of the arm has broke so surely that has to be a manufacturing fault. but the only way to reapir them is to send them off. just send me a new arm. will definitely not be using them again.
