“big joke!”

after ordering an item available on their website they got in touch few days later to tell me they did not have the size i have asked for.
I have oredered size L and they offered me a size Small instead...
of course i would not get that size and they told me to look for something else on their page but did not find anything and i asked for a refund.
they told me i would have to pay a 5 pounds fee...
told them i did not understand why as it was their mistake not mine!
a month later i got my refund but not all of it.
I paid 97 pounds and got a refund of 90 pounds, they said it was the conversion from chinese to pounds and it was the correct amount

anyway i would not recommend these guys as it sound and it is dodgy!
