“About a product i purchased, awful service”

I purchased a y3 jacket from selfridges manchester, trafford centre. Well about after a month the jacket started unthredding so i rang up to tell them that the product is not right, and the guy on the phone said send it to this address and we will sort it out for you. So i did that, (this was in december) since then they have not got back to me also since then they have not answered the phone. I even contacted post office, they started an enquiry, but later on wrote to me saying that they are
Not replying to them so they assume that they have recived it. This shows how much class selfrdiges has, this is just awful service, thats my £200 gone. I tried ringing headofficr whoch i think is in london, and they said only macnhester can do something about it. Hope they see this and contact me some how
