“The worst ever”

Used iflorist last year and they managed to deliver the flowers but as predicted not what was ordered and half dead. They refunded then. This year they have gone one better. Two bouquets ordered for Mother's Day and you guest it still no flowers delivered. No email from them nothing. Even better you couldn't get through by phone, emails not answered nothing. Eventually sent letter of complaint and you guessed it they haven't responded to that either. Next stop is trading standards watchdog and any other media company that will listen. You have had your chance to fix this and you have chose to ignore your customers. Absolutely awful service and I will never use iflorist ever
