“ZERO AFTER PURCHASE SERVICE”

I had an issue with the process so I emailed them late last night and at 4:46 the next day I'm still waited for a reply to the problem. Just to make sure It was sent I have sent 6 plus emails to all the email address on the site and still nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: Blackberry9930 here, I wanted to add new information. After I got a reply email from the company they were FIRST CLASS and walked me through step by step!!!! The phone is a nice change of pace from my old Torch
