“poor customer service”

Horrible customer service! Have been a subscriber for years but this year something changed. They don't send the cards on the right days. Have been trying to contact customer service for 7 days now. Actually got to talk to someone at Hallmark but she "didn't have any contact information for the ecard division." I have sent an email to them every day and have gotten no response except for the automated one. I look like an idiot to my friends and family when their birthday card arrives a month early!
