Contrary to Neat Company assertions, please do not destroy receipts! I did, and when their software failed to restore any of the backup files, (4) on 2 different drives, I had no ability to reproduce reports for taxes. No other program can open the data because both data and image files are backed up by their software.

After spending several hours with two different technicians on remote sessions, they could not restore the files. The last technician informed me that the files were "corrupted." I reminded him their software created the files.

This definitely is not a failsafe system. Please don't be fooled by it!
