“Shocked and angry! -50 stars!”

Ordered my stuff 3mths before receiving a single thing. Then when it finally dose come there's a dirt mark on my sons outfit, it looks like someone has trod on it. Then I try it on him and the top is 3-4 years but the shorts are 5-6 years, this is hardly a easy mistake to make, seen as I've waited 3mths they clearly didn't rush. Now I've tried to return my item but there's no contact number available. So I finally find how to return after 5 days having the items, which says your item should be returned within 7 days, (some of us have a job and haven't got the time, to fix the mess they've made!) then it says I will have to pay delivery which shall not be refunded. I am well and truly annoyed and will never be shopping at yours stores or online with you again. Thank you for the worst possible service, I have ever received!
