“STAY AWAY!!! YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED OR ON TIME!!!”

After searching the internet for a specific delivery date I came across order-flowers.co.uk that offered the delivery date I required. I picked the bouquet of flowers and an 18th birthday ballon to go with them for my step daughter as I would be un able to see her on her special day. Paid £35.58 so not cheap but worth it knowing she would get them on her birthday! Only for them to turn up a day LATE and with no ballon!!! I contacted customer services to which I had a prompt reply and the promise of a refund for the ballon and delivery and a box of chocolates for my daughter, I was satisfied with this as mistakes happen! But the chocolates never turned up and I have never been refunded for the ballon...I have sent numerous emails only to be ignored. l'd suggest if you want your flowers and gifts to reach your family or friends don't use this company!!! Completely unprofessional. I defiantly will be making my friends and family aware never to use this company!!!
