“Cheaters”

I sent in my iphone 4 in perfect working condition with the body work intact to this company with an expectation that I was going to receive £ for it.

I was surprised to receive an email to say that my iphone was actually worth half the value I had originally been offered, and that if I wanted to receive my phone back, I would have to pay £5.

I felt as if the company were not acting with integrity and were trying to coerce me into accepting the lower price for my phone.

They were rude to me on email and all in all are not a company that I would recommend.
