Flowers ordered 4 days in advance of Mother's Day. 2 orders, £65 spent. Never arrived, at all. 3 calls to customer service, apparently order never placed even though I have email confirmation to the contrary. Technical issue, sorry, we'll get back to you. A week later and no contact, no flowers and still £65 down. Disgusted with the service, explanation and response. DO NOT waste your time or money ordering flowers with M&S (Misery & Stealing?).
