“Support response is good as always”

I had an email issue caused by another service provider getting it wrong (as usual) - my requests for help from both the domain holder and the mail server company were responded to but only after 2 full days of worrying slience - by which time I made the decision to move it all to Justhostme - who by contrast responded to my request for the move to be tracked within 2 hours and followed up with the info I needed by the following morning (Monday) consequentlky the down time of the web linked email contact was minimal. Its the kind of service I expect and I am pleased to say that everytime I use these guys I get the same first rate no nonsense support I need.
