“Better training needed”

The customer service rep was unable to answer my questions and just wanted "more time" and call me back. I didn't want to be called back I merely wanted to know a few things so that I could qualify for the super saver fare - itinerary and dates that applied to get this fare and she couldn't even provide those details.
