“Why 4 times NO Bairstow eves.”

My name is C. and I contacted in March 2014, the agency Bairstow Eves, Nottingham to rent a proprietary, with 2 or 3 bedrooms for me and my wife. After they showed me several properties, I decided on one, they told me to pay application of 400 £, and we have agreed that in a few days to present all documents, to pay everything, and get the contract . I asked on the phone if I can come the next day, they said yes, and the next day at 9 am, they told me that the property is gone. After a few days I decided for another proprietary, I asked on the phone if it is available, and the next day at 9.30 am they told me that there is no. Then and there, I asked about another proprietary, they told me he was going.The next week, I decided a fourth proprietary, and asked on the phone on Friday, if the property can give me, they said yes, to come Monday. At 9.00 am on Monday they told me that the property is gone. Now, after seven weeks and a half, we have obtained proprietary but with another agency. I did not poorer without the 400 £ that they did not give back, also travels to Nottingham about 200 miles from where I live, nor to spend on hotels bathroom, or I missed almost two months of work, but like me how many so happened, and paid taxes, and the owners lost money. I tried to talk to the owner of the agency, but can not be found.
Now I leave you to think about this agency.
