My daughter ordered me flowers for Mothers Day at a cost of £35. They did not arrive so she emailed them and they said that it was because she had booked a 48 hours slot. They did not come on Monday either and she has emailed several times and no one has bothered to reply. I have tried to telephone several times but no answer. Not only was I really disappointed not to get my flowers but my daughter is out of pocket by £35. Has anyone else had this kind of bother with them and how do you get in touch with them
