“NEVER AGAIN!”

Had these for Mothers day from my son. Very poor quality and had to throw some away. I contacted Serenata and sent pictures of them and they were totally indifferent. They eventually offered a 10% discount which I feel was an insult. I e mailed them to this affect and have had no reply back. These flowers are nothing like the fresh blooms you see in their advertisements and to be honest they are not fit for purpose. There level of customer care is appalling and I will never use this company. The best thing about this whole scenario is the young man who delivered them who was friendly and polite.
