“Very disappointed”

My daughter decided to surprise me for Mother's Day with flowers being delivered by serenta , imagine my disappointment when the flowers were delivered in a carboard box and a day late , was suppose to be yesterday , the flowers them self looked wilted and not very many off them considering wat she paid for them ,I think this company should reimburse all there dissatisfied customers as a good will gesture as bad feedback won't sell no more flowers from a lot off customers I see on the reviews , won't be back , my daughter will be complaining
