“RIPPED OFF STAY CLEAR OF SUNSAVE!!!!”

We booked our holiday through Sunsave 4 weeks ago for a holiday in Can Pastilla (Spain)for the 10th April 2014 only to receive a call 7 days before we go to say that our hotel was not available and that it was not going to be open. It only got worse from here on in. We were told that they would offer us an alternative in the same chain which was in a different resort down the road, After checking to see where this new hotel was, I was shocked to find it was in a resort where the nightlife is wild and noisy, I declined their offer and told them we booked the original resort for a reason as it was quiet for families. They said they would see what they could do and get back to us that day. 24 hours later still no call so I called them. They then advised me that they were unable to help and that it was their supplier that had created the error. I explained that they should not advertise them on their website then, and was told your right it was unacceptable. Even after this admission the advisor could not help. I asked for a manager and was told that there were no managers available until tomorrow. Again 24 hours later I called back and was told no manager was their to deal with my complaint.
I called them back yet again and asked for a full refund knowing that we had no chance of finding another holiday in such short time. I am still no further with this 3 days later and with 5 days until we have to check in for our flights online. AWFUL STAY WELL CLEAR OF SUNSAVE!!!!!!
