“rubbish warrenty services”

i have been using xperia z for 6months..brought the phone with 2 year wrrenty.had an issue with my charger port..its has not been coverd under warranty..end up paying money for repair now.no right to cancell the company repair without paying handlung fee..still long delay...so stressfull...no custemer updates at all at any stages of repair..custemer phone support only through 0871 number which charge u higher rates...long delay always. please dont ever promise the custer with such terrible crucked warrenty....now was not using phone for 2 weeks..should have taken to a local shope and fix it..
