Staff not necessary customer conscience but once focused were efficient. Collection and drop off were simple. The car was not as clean as I would have expected but a fabulous and comfortable car to drive. (Citroen C4).
Had to pay a large deposit. Unfortunately due to a small incident ( not our fault) we were given little information about damage report or the process of how it would be dealt with. As I write we still have had no communication regarding this. Thankfully I took out extra insurance to avoid paying the excess but I am a little perturbed and the lack of communication.
