“No way of telling who they were from!!”

Received flowers/hamper this morning. There was no card so tried to telephone Marks and Spencer on four different numbers to establish whether they could tell who it had been sent by. I really wanted to thank the sender but the first time (at 8.30 a.m.) held on for 15 mins. Second call held on for another 15 mins. Third call 10 mins and just now the message was that Marks and Spencer were experiencing high volumes of calls so I put the phone down as I didn't think there was any chance of getting through. This is the second time that a flower delivery has gone wrong - REally disappointed
