“Very let down appalling quality Do not use”

Ordered two bouquets of carnations and chocolates for mum and mum in law. Arrived in time for Mother's Day, but Both had someone else's card in them and several of the heads of the carnations had broken from the stems. Both the boxes were intact and undamaged so post man not to blame. Really embarrassing made me look a cheap skate although not cheap. Would have got better quality bouquet off a garage forecourt. Do not use appalling. Very upset and let down, our mums are very special this company clearly does not respect that.
Phoned to complain after my mum received her flowers was assured this would not be replicated in my mum in laws bouquet but exactly the same thing happened . Plus could cause terrible problems as the sender wouldn't receive a thank you as the recipient would not have a clue who sent them. Will phone and complain again but too late to repair damage done. Next year will save heap of money and buy bouquets from supermarket at least I can see they are fresh and intact.
