I don't shop for bags online due to a bad experience in the past. I decide to buy my kanken bag from I love kanken is because I read lots of good reviews about it and knew that there were tracking system to keep me updated that's why I decided to purchase. Because I feel safe about buying it. I forgot how long they took maybe 1-2 working days to dispatch my item. And it took about 7days or so to arrive at my house but this I can't blame ilovekanken because is Singapore post office efficiency.
The only things I dislike is the estimation of the price showed in SGD but afterall is still slightly cheaper to buy it online.
I would like to know before purchase is about the bag. Whether is it spacious enough to put my books in it. After buying it I realise that I can only put one-two books, my jacket, pencil case and wallet. I could not stuff my laptop in it. But I will still recommend my friend if they ever ask where I purchase my bag(:
