“A Horrible Experience”

We had no problem booking our room for the week of spring break. When we got there we were checked in quickly. However our room smelt like mildew all week and the cleaning ladies had no personality and we're very rude. Also,we were told that the pool was heated when we booked our trip, but it was not. We were informed about multiple things that had happened a week before our arrival, and we were appauled. I wouldnt refer this company to anyone. Later in the week we noticed our prescription medicines were missing. Earlier in the week we thought we may have lost a few or misplaced them, but no. Not just a couple were missing the next few days, but at least 100 pills total. We only had them clean our room one day! We went to the front desk and the worked did not even act concerned. We even filed a police report and they did nothing.
