“Communication and customer service very poor.”

Ordered goods and paid for, did not receive goods after 30 days, contacted Chums, had no record of any purchase! apparently was not received their end ? very worrying. Re-ordered - waited another 30 days, still not received. I contacted again, was told would get within 7-10 days. Did finally arrive in the nick of time !!. Very poor service, no communication, basically if you don't contact, nothing will happen.
Chums really need to shake up their act, should not have to be told that customer service is the one most important factor that customers appreciate. You should not have to be constantly chasing goods up that have been ordered and paid for, a reputable company would be contacting you if there was a delay in transit. Not making lame excuses that it was 'not received their end' - quite honestly not my problem, I suggest you therefore need to shake up your communications to ensure this does not happen - problem solved. Very dissatisfied customer. Would not use Chums again. PS - I note there is no response from Chums on these reviews - again,very poor - it just gives the impression they really are not bothered or have any concern to acknowledge customers.
