“poor customer service”

two phones on contract, internet doesnt work on either of them never has, spent hour and half in store for them to establish they are both faulty phones, so sent off for repair (both phones less than 12 months old)received letter wanting £200 to repair them as they say warranty is void, so goes stomping back into store to ask why, they say cos screens are cracked. The internet has never worked on phones from day one, phones work no different since screens have been cracked, my account shows ive never used the internet data on my budle, but still want £200 to repair screens before they will look into internet fault. Have emailed complaints department and they cant even be bothered to reply so have opened a case with ombudsman. Stay clear of tesco they robbing gits!!!
