I ordered the ducky delight for the daughter to be delivered the day she and the baby came home from the hospital. It did not come that day. Called and spoke with customer service the next day - received small credit for delivery error. They told me the vase would be different - still a duck but with a long neck and the flowers would be delivered that day. When my daughter sent a photo of the vase I could not believe that a "duck with a long neck" actually means a "Giraff"! I called back and because I am to receive a small credit for the delivery error I can not recieve a credit for the vase - even though their representative had CONFIRMED what I was getting BEFORE it was delivered!! Worst service ever! Get you flowers from someone else!!!
