“Kind, Patient and knowledgable!”

I planned and booked all of the details relating to our impending 3-week visit to Italy. I completed everything and was in a holding pattern until the day of departure. But, not long after everything was finished, an issue came up and I immediately called Ebookers for help. I was impatient and confused by the new issue. The staff at Ebookers responded to my impatience with patience.....to my frustration with caring. They were able to soothe and help me solve the problem. The problem did not occur because of them, but they aided and assisted me in the remedy. They demonstrated the utmost of professionalism. They gave me confidence that I was in good hands and the issue (which was not caused by them) was solved.

I will definitely utilize Ebookers in the future and have, in fact, already recommended them to others.
