“Avoid at all costs!”

My heart just sank when I typed into the search engine Zumu reviews and all the reviews sound like the same problem I am having.

Parcel sent early January, kept getting automated emails saying it hadn't been received, most recently that my trade has expired. Although they have confirmed on 13th March that it has been received and payment will be on or before 24th March.... Its the 25th today.

Before finding this forum I had just fired off another email of complaint, but I am now coming to the realisation that payment will probably never come.

I used Music Magpie and Zumu at the same time and had payment from Music Magpie within 2 weeks.

I'm now looking into reporting them to trading standards, any advice welcomed. We all need to take this further and get them shut down!
