“Additional costs once in resort even though ski hire...”

This is the last straw! We are currently skiing in Austria - booked via travelzoo £399 pp inc ski hire. We was left sitting on a coach for 45 mins waiting to be transferred to resort, then no rep ask or support any holiday related questions, dropped off at hotel only to find no accommodation, so we then had to walk with all our luggage to sister hotel, who also said they could not accommodate our group of 5! After 2 wasted hours we finally got our rooms but split over 3 floors, finally Hels found another room so we were altogether. Then we had to rush over to get ski hire, only to find 3/5 was free even though I double checked on two occasions with Inghams who assured me that all equipment was included. So 5 days into the holiday I've been told that the snowboarding was nott and that I have a £240 to find. I wonder if Inghams realise they have misold the holiday package. I have also been told that if I don''t pay that I can't leave the country! I feel very threatened by this misleading advertised holiday and will be following it up with ABTA and the travel Ombudsman. This company need to train in customer service and start to support all that they advertise- totally disappointed with the lack of effort and support! Julie O'Neill
