“Flawless process”

I expected issues similar to other sites I've used. Non problems at all. Site was patient with me as I tried to work with someone in the family. Glad it all worked out. I still like to talk to a customer service person. More personable. Thank God for the flawless process. Another aspect that works well is the time of day for this booking - between 2300 and 0200 hours. No complaints.
