I booked my caravan in for a fridge repair and drove the 25 miled to the dealership. I was told this would be around 2 days for the job to be completed and they would call me once done. No call was received and I had to ring 3 times to chase this up. I asked if everything had been checked and was assured all was working well. When I collected the caravan I returned the 25 miles home, plugged in the mains to get the fridge running and it came up as a fault code on the lcd panel. I called Knowepark and they advised for me to bring it back the following day. No apology was offered. I took the caravan back, again another 25 miles.I returned home as it was a Sunday, another 25 miles and the service team wasn't open. I called the following day to be told that they hadn't connected up the new circuit board correctly. I then had another 25 mile trip to pick up the caravan and again another 25 mile trip home. I asked for my fuel to be paid for due to the 200 mile trip that should of been just 50 to be paid for. I was offered 2 new alarm fobs (£45.00) which I thought would be great as I needed a new one. Upon agreeing to this I received one in the post a week later. I called to chase the other one up and was told that I would only get one as I had only had a conversation with the service man and not the owner. I complained about my fuel costs and was basically laughed at.
