“Flight 763 Hondorus to Toronto”

Let me begin by saying that my husband and I fly frequently. Recently (March 10, 2014) we flew with CanJet for the first time. We have had various experiences but this was by far the most impressive ever. The plane was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff however were beyond what we have ever seen. They were professional, pleasant, efficient and accommodating. But also went above and beyond their duties. You see when I got on the plane I had just begun the symptoms of sun stroke. With severe stomach cramps, head ache, cold sweats, vomiting and diarrhea I was very uncomfortable. Without having to ask, the staff recognized the situation and became very concerned and accommodating. It was genuine concern and attention. I never felt I was a burden or that they were "just doing their job". They moved me to where I could be horizontal, provided a blanket, cold clothes, water, crackers, and just enough required attention. In addition they comforted my husband who was trying to manage my discomfort.
I could go on and on about just how grateful we were but really words will not do it justice. We are believers in karma and know in our heart of hearts that each and everyone of these angels will have good things come their way as a result of their genuine compassion.
