“Cancelled order dealt with in excellent manner”

Ordered flowers for delivery and then changed my mind.A refund was given with no hesitation or argument.An obvious consideration when dealing with any company is how do they respond to customer queries and cancellations.I am sure that they are excellent in other respects and would certainly use them in the future
