“Can't fault the service!”

I had been looking around on the internet for a few days to find a particular product (18v cordless long reach hedge trimmer). Eventually spotted this company and initially I was a little sceptical ordering from them as the item was needed quite urgently and the company is in N Ireland whereas I'm based in the West Midlands. Spoke to them 2-3 times before placing the order and each occasion they were very pleasant and extremely helpful advising on delivery procedures as well as product specifications. I was given assurances that the the product would be delivered prior to my deadline and that is exactly what happened.
Overall, really pleased with everything Ray Graham did by way of overall customer service!
Ps, it was cheaper than the others too........RESULT!
