This is so easy to record what you eat and drink especially on a tablet as it's so accessible. I live the fact you can add your own food and there are plenty of exercises you can record. So simple!! I have lost around a stone and a half over a sensible timeframe. Sometimes I go days without logging what I eat but, I then get straight back on to it. Will I still be doing this in. Y 70's ??????
