I have had the misfortune to visit two different Argos stores recently , what a farce . Apparently the new voice system that the counter assistants use is having a "FEW TEETHING PROBLEMS" , NOW THERES A SURPRISE!"!. The queue of customers were getting frustrated , i waited over 15 mins after my order was called , no goods appeared . All you could hear was ok , ok , ok , ok as staff talked to the computer system . Better reverse and go back to asquare one Argos , YOUR SYSTEM IS A DISASTER im afraid.
