“excellent customer service”

Firstly I have to say normally I write on reviews to complain. I am rarely satisfied with the customer experience you get from businesses these days but the guys at bikes2udirect have got customer service perfected.

My bike arrived quickly. After 2 months I had a problem and they sorted it out for me no fuss, no hassle and at all times I felt like they actually care about my custom. They kept me informed, called me to let me know what was going on and they have a great manner with the customer on phone and email.The likes of evans, halfords and cycle surgey should know that this is the way CS should be and I would recommend them to anyone.. I will definately be a repeat customer at some point in the future. I never forget a good seller like this.
