The process of getting the phone to Envirofone was fast - no problems there. The process of actually getting paid for it is rediculus - 11 days for a payment into my bank account?! I have used Mazuma before and the payment was recieved in a few days - I will use them in the future. Not quite the heart warming picture that Envirofone plaster all over their website. And in reading a response from Envirofone below to a similer review (one of many). 'A large volume of transactions in January' in not an excuse for delaying payment for this long. I suggest they should do whatever necessary to pay customers in a reasonable time - they may then actually return in the future (and not tell everyone they know to use a differant service)
