Bravofly (through SkyScanner) sold us a Swiss Air Economy ticket but did not disclose at any point that the ticket did not have any luggage allowance or that the to get a luggage allowance there is a €100 fee per ticket. I found out from the airline, reverted to Bravofly who blamed the airline and refused to provide a full refund. I have since looked at all the sellers of this ticket on SkyScanner and ALL, except for Bravofly, disclose this very important fact! I will never, ever go near this company again, irrespective of price.
