I have placed two orders with iHampers and had delivery problems with both of them. Last year, I ordered a cheese basket for my daughter in London, England and it would have been delivered on time except their delivery DESTROYED the basket! They offered to send another, which I accepted they do, but they delivered that replacement basket too LATE! The next order that I wanted to send her was for Valentine's Day this year. I placed the online order for the very same basket on Feb. 10th and their system offered delivery on Feb. 13 or 14. I selected Feb. 13th, just to be on the safe side (or so I thought) and when I checked with my daughter as to whether she received this basked, she told me that she had not. When I checked with iHampers, I was informed on FEBRUARY 15th, 2 DAYS LATE that "Unfortunately our warehouses have been affected and we do not have the correct stock." I requested a full refund and that was when the next FIASCO commenced. It took another 11 days and several escalation email requests later, to finally have iHampers AGREE to refund my order!!! I strongly recommend that, as beautiful and wonderful as their website looks, it's created by a good Webmaster! The organization, on the other hand, is grossly UNPROFESSIONAL and UNCOOPERATIVE.
