“unauthorized double payment ”

Hi, I would just like to inform people of a practice which appears to be happening quite frequently, if you read the reviews. Make sure when you book and pay online that your payment isn't taken twice. This happened to us and the result was a cleared and overdrawn bank account over a bank holiday, leaving us with no money to live on. Try getting any answers to how and why this happens and you will come up against some of the stupidest people on the planet so be warned.
